1. Registration fees do not include team fees. Team fees differ from one team to another depending on a team’s activities. These fees are used to pay for tournament entries, game officials, exhibition games, extra practice ice, etc.

2. The Early Rep Tryout fee applies to registrations made between the first day of registration and July 15th.  Early Bird Rep Tryout Fees must be received prior to July 15th.

3. The Regular Rep Tryout fee applies from July 16th to August 10th. Deadline for Regular Rep Tryout Fee payment is August 10th. There is no acceptance for rep try out after August 10.

4. Hockey 1-2- 3-4 is an Initiation Program. Players are evaluated. Hockey 1 does not have competitive
games; therefore, the cost is lower. Should a child whose birth year indicates they should play in
Hockey 1, but their ability moves him/her up to Hockey 2, the parent would then be required to pay the
difference.

5. If you have 3 or more children registered with the association in the same season you are eligible for a 3rd child discount. Please complete a Refund Request form after you have registered and paid for all of your children and email it to Treasurer@surreyminorhockey.com. Refund Request Form & Policy
