For returning players who are using the online portal for the 2016-2017 season, you can choose to pay with a credit card or with cheque(s) or money order(s) payable to Surrey Minor Hockey Association. If paying by credit card, you can take advantage of the split payment option1.

If you choose to pay by cheque, you are required to pay in full prior to July 15. Please put your child’s name on the cheque memo line of each cheque.

A dishonoured payment will be subject to an immediate $35.00 service charge per incident. This includes stop payments. Failure to resolve this situation immediately is subject to the player’s registration being suspended, and the potential of not being selected to a team.
