Surrey Thunder U11 C3 wins gold!

Surrey Thunder U11 C3 wins gold at the Richmond Jets Holiday Bash Tournament

The team went into the finals with 2 wins and 1 loss in the round Robin.  Their one loss was to the team they were to play in the the final, the host team Richmond.

Richmond scored one and a half minutes into the first period.  Surrey bounced back with their own goal later in the first and another 2 goals in the 2nd period.  The third period was a defensive battle against a frustrated Richmond squad.  In the end our Surrey Thunder team held their ground and came away with the win!  The boys represented Surrey with class and sportsmanship.
